mission to bring hope through her sound—infusing even the darkest themes with a spark of light. Drawing on her
Eurasian heritage and diverse cultural roots from Hong Kong and Wales, her biracial identity pays an important
role which inspires her to write with depth, honesty, and a unique worldview that sets her apart. Based in New
York City and currently pursuing her online bachelor’s degree at Berklee, Cloe is a self-produced artist, shaping
every detail of her music with intention. A classically trained pianist and harpist who also shreds on electric
guitar, she started writing songs at 15 and hasn’t looked back. While studying Fine Arts at the University of the
Arts London, she discovered the power of making art that speaks for itself. A professor once told her, “Fine
artists share ideas, not just fulfill others’ expectations.” That idea stuck—and now fuels everything she creates.
Her debut album SPH, currently in the works, promises a bold and unexpected theme inspired by personal
stories—her own and those of her closest friends. Through powerful lyrics, fierce instrumentals, and
unapologetic authenticity, Cloe Givelin is carving out her own path, and doing it entirely on her own terms. Cloe
Givelin presents two songs, ”Living in My Own World” and ”Go with My Feelings.”
”Living in My Own World” is about the isolated feeling of living in your own world. It is beautiful and lonely at the
same time. ”You feel like no one understands you, and you want to be seen sometimes. For anyone who has ever
felt like an outsider.” The second song, ”Go with My Feelings,” is about following your heart. ”Trust your gut and
everything will be fine.”
